"Instruction Manual"

The Classroom Page:
When you login you will automatically be taken to the 'Classroom' page. You will notice that there are two new tabs at the top of the page (picture on the left). Clicking on these tabs will take you to the 'Classroom' page or the 'Lessons' page.

When you enter the classroom for the first time the page will be empty. In order to access lessons you need to buy some credits and then purchase each lesson seperately, or you need to buy a membership. When you have done that, the 'Classroom' page will look a little differently.

This classroom page (on the right) belongs to a student called Michael. He has already bought 4 lessons using credits. 3 of these lessons are active.

When you enter the 'Classroom' page you will see a list of your active lessons in date order, the most recent lesson first. Click on any lesson title to enter that lesson.

"Active" lessons are lessons where the administrator is still accepting questions and work from students - these are lessons where you can still actively participate.

When you click on "Lesson Purchase History" every lesson you've ever bought will be displayed. Michael has bought 4 lessons and they are all shown below. Clicking on "Lesson Purchase History" is just one way to access lessons you have bought that are now "archived". "Archived lessons" are lessons where administrators are no longer accepting questions and work from students; students can no longer participate actively, but the lesson is now full and complete and offers much to learn.

In the 'Classroom' page you can edit your profile if you want. If you click on 'edit profile' you will be presented with the screen below where, as you can see, you can change your name or email (if anything changes). You can also choose to stop receiving the newsletter, though we would counsel against it as it will form part of your learning and tell you the subject of the week's lessons (besides which, it's free!). Click on the grey 'Edit Profile' button to confirm any changes you make. You can access old grammar newsletters in the 'Grammar Newsletter Archive' on the 'Lessons' page.

In the 'Classroom' page you can also change your password. Just click on 'Edit password', type in the password you have now in the 'Current password' box, then type in your new password in the 'New password' and 'Confirm password' boxes. Click on "Edit Password" to confirm you choice.

You will also notice that there is an option called "Order History". Clicking on this will show you all the purchases you have made from the website (Credits or Memberships), and when you bought them.
